This blog is dedicated to my experience dining out as a bariatric patient. Because I have had weight loss surgery I want every bite I eat to count both nutritionally and in flavor. I hope by creating this blog that others who have had the surgery and who are considering the surgery realize that by having the surgery you do not have to "give up”, “loose out" or otherwise deprive yourself. It’s as much about the experience as it is about the food.
